  32. to have done, then it is not exactly a commendation time for him.  the
  33. fact that he disagrees with her at this time and after she came
  34. forward is not terribly newsworthy.  If he had come forward or could
  35. present some evidence to refute her claims, which seem to be backed up
  36. by the tapes, it would help his case.
